Sources believe that Keira Knightley‘s seemingly perfect five-year romance with Rupert Friend is over. The long-time couple appear to be having trouble when the actor arrived the other night to the London Coliseum gala production of English National Ballet’s The Nutcracker without her. Friend invited his mother instead but was evasive about Knightley’s whereabouts.
“We all wondered where Keira was, because it was a magical show,’ said an insider at the event. “But Rupert offered no explanation.”
The two started dating in 2005 after meeting as co-stars in Pride and Prejudice. The Never Let Me Go star has enjoyed living with Friend while staying mostly out of the public eye. But perhaps now all that privacy is hiding up a major rift between this once happy couple…
