Demi Lovato left her treatment center this weekend to enjoy some Christmas family time, marking the first outing for the starlet since checking into an undisclosed rehab facility on Halloween weekend.
Lovato received a day pass on Christmas and spent the time with her mother Dianna, stepdad Eddie De la Garza and her two sisters.
In the days before the holiday, it was learned that Demi would spend the holiday in the treatment center rather than go home for the weekend. Instead, her family went to her.
Lovato has been in treatment since an incident where she allegedly punched dancer Alex Welch while on tour with The Jonas Brothers in South America. Late last week, it was announced that Lovato and Welch had reached a settlement regarding the incident, and that Welch wouldn't be pursuing further legal action against the Sonny With a Chance starlet.
