Don't mess with the Kardashian family. Especially when baby Mason is involved.

Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick arrived in Miami with Mason yesterday for some New Year's Eve fun, but they didn't seem much in the mood to party, after the paps got a wee bit too close…

Scott had very little patience for the crowd of cameras while walking through Miami International Airport on Wednesday. One photographer in particular was being especially aggressive, and daddy Disick did not like it one bit.

He lashed out at the pap hovering near Mason, making sure he got his point across by screaming and swearing at him to not get that close to his kid.

Kourt wrote about the incident on her blog the next day, sending out a warning to paparazzi to make sure a situation like that does not happen again.

"Paparazzi beware," she wrote. "Please don't get too close to Mason. We don't like it."

Mommy Kourtney asked for compromise, suggesting ways to go about photo-snapping in a safe way.

"Stay at a friendly distance, don't ask dumb questions and we can all get along," she says.

Kourtney is in Miami Beach as a host of the Ciroc New Year's Eve party (streaming live here at 11 PM PT) at the Gansevoort Hotel.

Here's hoping paparazzi know better in 2011.
